Questions about where and if allowed

My husband is wanting to get his name out to be able to get on the ballot for Governor of our state,Am I able to post something on here about that,that links to his Facebook page and if so, where am I allowed to put it at? Thanks in advance for your help

Patricia is her name. I have heard of these emails befor. She is claiming to be runnig from her mother n law and to have a lot of money in her account but is needing help to get it moved or something like that. From what I hear they get your info and then take everything you have. It was on this site she contacted me. What do I do from here?
